Apple is not used to leaks before starting the event, but this is the second time it occurs within two months.
Just a few hours before Apple is expected to launch its new range of MacBooks after a break of almost 17 months, rumours are out that the company will be is doing away with the function keys and integrates the new touch OLED bar in place.
According to the leaked photos MacBook Pro seems to have gone to overhaul keyboard design to include the new OLED-bar.
The company, which is expected to make presentations in just over a few hours is expected to launch a redesigned MacBook the Pro, 13-inch MacBook or perhaps the new MacBook Air and rumoured new 5K iMacs.
New MacBooks also have to be thinner, faster and have better graphics capabilities. Apple is expected to release two editions of notebooks in terms sizes – 13 and 15-inch versions.
Reports also suggested that the MacBook Pro will include a four-port USB-C and a headphone jack. According to KGI Securities, Apple said to do away with MagSafe connector, HDMI port and a slot for SD memory cards. While the leaked image proves truly Magic Toolbar supporting touch ID, it also shows a flat keyboard.
