Google May Release Android Nougat in August

Google may release the next version of Android in the near future.

The company plans to begin the rollout of Android 7.0 Nougat Monday, August 22, in accordance with the Canadian carrier Telus, who posted the date on its website.

Android Nougat

Like the previous Android updates, Nougat hit the Nexus smartphones and tablets, in the first place with devices from other manufacturers of these at a later date. And even if you have a Nexus device but with the update over-the-air may vary slightly depending on mobile operator, although you should be able to grab the updates directly from Google. The first new phone to ship with Android 7.0 will be installed for the LG’s upcoming V20, scheduled for September 6 reveal.

Nougat by Android brings the performance and security package of improvements of Android devices with new multitasking features and lots of new emoticons.

Of course, we probably will not know for sure until Google makes an official release, although Android blogs showed that Telus obtain the release date of the last year’s release of Marshmallow right. So it does not seem too far-fetched, that it would tip the correct date at this time.
